Job Summary:

Bill Alexander Ford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Yuma, Arizona. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling new and used vehicles, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Train and develop sales staff on effective selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, both instore and online
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer issues or concerns
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of new and used vehicle inventory
  • Manage the vehicle tradein process and appraise tradein vehicles
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and followup
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and market trends to make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and increase sales
  • Stay uptodate on Ford products, services, and promotions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful sales manager in the auto industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
