Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers to the store with warmth and professionalism.
- Input customer details accurately into our database and METRC to confirm eligibility for purchases.
- Execute all sales transactions and responsibilities in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to high standards of service, behavior, and product knowledge.
- Efficiently manage cash and debit transactions while ensuring the cash drawer is balanced at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of personalities, including both colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills.
- Maintain a high level of organization, efficiency, and effective time management.
- Operate the cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer competently.
- Keep the retail space clean, stocked, and well-organized.
- Conduct nightly inventory assessments of all retail products.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and compliance with timelines.
- Engage in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Knowledge of cannabis products is highly preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Eligibility to work in the United States with all necessary documentation.
- Consent to a criminal background check is required.
- A valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport is necessary.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally.
- Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- No scheduling restrictions are permitted.
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
