Requirements:

  • Valid FL Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (recent grads welcome)
  • A big smile and great attitude
  • A positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work 32-35 hours per week, including 2 mornings, 2 evenings, and 1 shift on the weekend
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow proven systems and policies
  • Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
  • A professional appearance at all times
  • Sales experience is a plus
