Dermatology Physician Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our team at a well-established, highly reputable Dermatology practice in Georgia.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general Dermatology and Surgical excision, punch biopsies, and suturing. They will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations, developing and implementing treatment plans for dermatological conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for dermatological conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, cellulitis, eczema, dermatitis, rashes, shingles, and skin cancer
  • Performing punch, shave, and excisional biopsy procedures
  • Providing guidance and education to patients on skincare and preventive measures
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in general medical dermatology and excision, punch biopsies, and suturing
  • Valid and active Georgia license
  • A strong foundational knowledge of dermatology principles and practices
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
