Server Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Server Representative to join our dynamic team at Kona Ice. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile
• Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Comply with all hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks and warehouse to maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking to ensure a smooth operation
• Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation to maintain accurate records
• Communicate maintenance and inventory needs to appropriate staff to ensure a well-stocked and well-maintained operation
