As a Junior Procurement Specialist, your role will involve assisting our Product Managers with sourcing, inventory oversight, and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source products from vendors to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Oversee inventory planning for a range of products.
• Facilitate timely deliveries by coordinating with manufacturing partners.
• Promptly update supplier open order reports with any changes.
• Work closely with Product Managers to fine-tune inventory levels.
• Implement effective stock rotation practices.
• Assist in the management of supplier part number information.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
