Key Responsibilities

  • Execute routine lawn care tasks including mowing, raking, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, edging, and pruning to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Oversee the functionality of the irrigation system to maintain optimal watering schedules.
  • Administer pesticide applications as necessary to control weed growth and maintain landscape health.
  • Document daily activities and maintenance tasks in detailed reports.
  • Utilize pesticides responsibly to manage harmful insect populations affecting the landscape.
  • Preserve the integrity of existing landscaping designs through regular maintenance.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all landscaping equipment and tools, while also supervising their maintenance.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in landscaping for either residential or commercial properties.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of irrigation systems is essential.
  • Proficient in using various hand tools and maintenance equipment, including clippers, chainsaws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the work shift.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic.
