Key Responsibilities

* Lead the prepared foods team in the kitchen, ensuring that all food products are produced to the highest quality standards.
* Oversee the production of sandwiches, subs, and wraps, as well as hot and cold items, including pizza and roasted chicken.
* Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, including proper handling and storage of food products.
* Train and develop team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that the prepared foods team is meeting the needs of customers.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a food production or kitchen management role.
