Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food according to company standards, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment by following company guidelines and protocols, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including peak periods, menu changes, and new product introductions.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including cooking, serving, and customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, including peak periods, menu changes, and new product introductions.
