About the Role

This Nurse Practitioner opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Develop and implement personalized health plans for patients.
  • Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • A Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice role.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • The ability to pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
