Role Overview:
As a vital member of our Tax team, you will play a strategic role in overseeing high-level tax functions, managing client relationships, and developing team capabilities. Your daily responsibilities will include tax planning, reviewing individual and business tax returns, building and maintaining a professional network, strategic engagement planning, quality control reviews, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts, Corporations, and S Corporations.
  • Assist in tax planning initiatives.
  • Oversee team training and development.
  • Network with local businesses and community stakeholders.
  • Manage tax engagements effectively.
  • Review work papers and financial statements for compliance and review engagements.
  • Provide accounting solutions for small privately held businesses.
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and objectives.
  • Engage in community business development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant public accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
