Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at STRUCTURAL Northeast. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading construction crews and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, ensuring that work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, and that all work meets the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate construction crews to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in general construction, with at least 2 years in a leadman or similar position.
  • Skills: Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians, demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contract specifications, established commitment to safety, and basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Bi-lingual in Spanish/English may be given preference.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate construction crews, and to establish and maintain relationships with customers, crew, and project teams.
