About the Role

Penn National Gaming is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment, including air handler units, make-up air units, VAV boxes, fan coil units, fans, and other related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot motors and motor control circuits to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain, repair, and install refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and other related equipment.
  • Design and implement plans for new installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to prioritize and schedule maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in HVAC or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair; experience in refrigeration equipment maintenance a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
