Our ideal candidate is a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service. You will be the face of our bakery, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

A typical day as a Cake Creator might include:

  • Meeting and Greeting: Welcoming guests into our bakery and ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Cake Ordering: Helping guests select the perfect cake for their special occasion, taking into account their preferences and needs.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently, exceeding guest expectations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to:

  • Build Relationships: Developing strong relationships with regular guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring our services to meet their needs.
  • Drive Sales: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, driving sales and increasing revenue.
