Job Summary:


GHR Healthcare is a leading provider of travel nursing services, seeking an experienced and dedicated Med Surg / Telemetry RN to join our team in Trenton, New Jersey.

This 10-week assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of medical practice and GHR Healthcare's policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Document patient progress, including medical history, medication, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings, contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans and ensuring continuity of care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team, including administrative tasks and training new staff members.

Requirements:



  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Med Surg / Telemetry nursing, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the ability to obtain ACLS certification as needed.
