Wiring and Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wiring and Assembly Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with a strong background in wiring, soldering, and crimping. You will work on a variety of projects, including computer-based instrumentation machinery, and must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic equipment
- Perform re-work, calibration, and testing of sub-assemblies
- Troubleshoot and correct issues as needed
- Operate various manufacturing equipment, including hot ovens and molding machines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
We offer a competitive salary range of $26-$43 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
