Claims Field Representative

We are seeking a skilled Claims Field Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. This role involves investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims, ensuring accurate settlements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough claim investigations and gather necessary information
  • Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses to gather facts and evidence
  • Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage to determine settlement amounts
  • Inspect property and auto damages to write repair estimates
  • Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants
  • Use claims-handling software and company resources to adjust losses in a paperless environment
  • Provide superior and professional customer service
Requirements:
  • Availability and communicativeness during regular business hours
  • Desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $84,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
