We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at H&M Group. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of store appearance
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
