Job Summary:

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meat products to our members. Your expertise in meat processing and cutting will be essential in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality meat products to members.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensuring commitment to operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products.
