Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' physical therapy needs, and develop and implement effective treatment plans to address these needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing, mobility, and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
