Pediatric Medical Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a Pediatric Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our pediatric patients and their families.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals with exams and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Preparing patients and rooms for examination
  • Providing administrative support to the healthcare team

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months)
