About the Role

El Camino Health is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional II to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will provide expert mental health and chemical dependency services to patients and their family members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide acute mental health and chemical dependency services to patients and their family members.
  • Treat presenting illnesses and return patients to a previous or higher level of functioning within the community.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, referrals, and therapy sessions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and providers.
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in a mental health profession.
  • Licensed clinical experience in assessment, referral, chemical dependency, cognitive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and short-term treatment.
  • Experience in an acute psychiatric environment preferred.
  • California license as an LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or LPCC.
  • License eligible to provide clinical supervision to interns (discipline specific).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision to interns.
  • Knowledge of community resources and providers.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position working in-person.

Compensation

$73.64 per hour.
