Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN OB/GYN to provide high-quality patient care in our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OB/GYN nursing and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to OB/GYN patients, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in OB/GYN nursing.
- Float to other units as needed to support patient care.
- Current RN license in the State of Alaska.
- Experience in OB/GYN nursing, preferably in a Labor and Delivery unit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to float to other units as needed.
- A competitive pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
- A tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
