Mailroom Clerk

TDY Medical Staffing, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mailroom and Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Mailroom and Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and imaging documents, as well as maintaining a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and image documents using OCR technology
• Sort and correct electronic documents
• Prepare documents for imaging and processing
• Maintain a high level of organization and productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals

• High School diploma or GED certification
• Previous experience in mailroom or imaging operations
• Windows-based computer experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Excellent clerical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• 2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation after 1 year of service
• Full medical coverage for all full-time employees
