About the Position:

This 13-week assignment offers a chance to work in Falmouth, MA, and gain valuable experience in critical care nursing. As a Critical Care Travel Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall success of the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing the needs of critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, fostering open communication and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, with a focus on ICU settings.
  • Valid ACLS/BCLS/BLS certifications.
  • Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and adapt to changing circumstances within a fast-paced ICU environment.
