Job Description

**Job Title:** Youth Sports Coach

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Youth Sports Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Youth Sports Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and conducting sports-based enrichment classes to children aged 18 months to 12 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and conduct sports-based enrichment classes in a fun and engaging manner
  • Interact with parents, teachers, directors, and children on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Meet performance expectations and contribute to the growth and success of the company

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Passion for sports and working with children
  • Background in fitness or working with children (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm, and occasional Saturday mornings
