Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our RemX team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
  • Utilize ERP system for financial reporting and data management.
  • Continuously improve accounting processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
