Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team at BGIS Global Integrated Solutions US LLC. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Service and repair existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration systems
  • Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems to determine required repairs
  • Inspect and perform equipment repair and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend preventative repairs to avoid unplanned downtime
  • Respond to emergency service requests
  • Provide observations about facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies and provide recommendations for enhancement and repair
  • Participate in and assist with facility-related projects
Requirements:
  • EPA Certification required
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed with some travel required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience with industry software preferable but not required
