Diagnostic MRI Technologist Opportunity

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic MRI Technologist to join our esteemed client's elite medical team.

In this pivotal role, your expertise will be central to the success of every MRI procedure, ensuring high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care.

You will play a vital role in enhancing diagnostic precision and efficiency, working closely with physicians to deliver critical information for patient treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI scans following physician orders and established protocols, ensuring every image is clear and accurate.
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and peace of mind throughout the process.
  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring it functions flawlessly and meets all safety standards.
  • Monitor patients during scans, providing reassurance and clear instructions to ensure cooperation and comfort.
  • Evaluate MRI images for quality and clarity, making real-time adjustments as needed to guarantee optimal results.
  • Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the accurate interpretation of imaging results.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to all regulatory requirements to uphold the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology Program (required).
  • State licensure that permits them to perform diagnostic MRI exams and documented training on the provision of diagnostic MRI exams.
  • Registration and certification in radiography by ARRT with MRI credentials and documented training on the provision of diagnostic MRI exams.
  • One (1) year of practicing MRI Technologist experience.
  • Proficiency with most major MRI equipment manufacturer's hardware and software (GE, Siemens, Toshiba).
