Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal audits, risk and compliance testing, regulatory exams, and third-party reviews that impact Computershare's products and operations.
  • Track, coordinate, and prepare requests, schedule meetings, and lead discussions with leaders and subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Remain informed of regulatory trends, learn, and understand business practices to provide guidance and support.
  • Proactively monitor and manage Computershare's timely resolution of open items and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support Computershare's efforts to address and resolve open issues in accordance with Computershare standards and exam requests.
  • Proactively provide updates to leadership, key stakeholders, oversight groups, and committees.
  • Foster strong relationships with audit, regulatory compliance, risk testing, business line, business controls, subject matter experts, and leadership.
Requirements
  • College-level degree or local equivalent in a related business or technology field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in trust, risk, compliance, audit, or financial services.
  • Strong track record in managing audits, testing, and/or exams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience.
  • Business service focus and/or operations experience with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
