Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience at the La Quinta by Wyndham Los Angeles - LAX Airport. This role involves assisting the Front Office Management team, maximizing room revenue, and maintaining high standards of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Front Office Management in ensuring efficient and courteous service to all guests
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room merchandising
  • Maintain high standards of hotel operations, including key control and security
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in training and cross-training of new hires and current employees
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including room status reports and guest requests
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
Working Conditions

Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift.
