Dishware Sanitation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Clean, sanitize, and store all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware in a manner that adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Utilize chemicals correctly and in the right quantities to ensure a clean environment and minimize costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by properly sorting and storing dishware and flatware.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to maintain a seamless service delivery. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including floors, walls, and drains.
