Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

TOMZ Corporation, a leader in manufacturing of devices and components for major medical device companies, is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving inspection/test methods, collaborating with Quality Engineering to support sustaining manufacturing and product development. This role requires a strong understanding of the TOMZ Quality Management System and experience with automated metrology systems, such as CMMs and vision systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to the TOMZ Quality Management System.
- Develop and improve inspection/test methods.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering to support sustaining manufacturing and product development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Regulated manufacturing industry experience (e.g., Aerospace, Defense, Pharmaceutical).
- Knowledge of GMP/ISO standards.
- CMM operation, setup, and programming highly preferred.
Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
