RN Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Unit Manager. As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising their implementation.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
