Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bathtub Repair Technician. As a key member of our Surface Experts team, you will be responsible for repairing and resurfacing fiberglass bathtubs to their original condition. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.



Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assess and repair damages to fiberglass bathtubs, including cracks, chips, and fading.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of various tub building materials, including fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

  • Commit to ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
