We are currently looking for an Assistant Civil Engineer to join our esteemed and diverse Site/Civil Division.
The selected candidate will have the chance to work alongside a vibrant team of engineers, applying their skills to a variety of projects, including the development of project plans and design drawings, grading and drainage design, pavement design, utilities, stormwater management, quantities, specifications, and contract documentation.
This role will involve some travel for fieldwork.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Engineering Intern (E.I.) Certification is preferred.
- 0-5 years of progressive civil infrastructure design experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Hydraulic Design, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team, develop and maintain client relationships, and meet project demands and deadlines.

The compensation range provided in this posting is an estimate and reflects our good faith effort to offer a competitive salary range. The specific salary offered may be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, educational background, licensure or certifications, and alignment with the requirements of the advertised position.
Compensation Range: $32 - $37 / hour based on experience.
