Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Coordinator - Trauma and Grief Specialist to join our team at CN Guidance & Counseling Services. This role will provide critical support in delivering trauma- and grief-focused treatment services to youth and their families, leveraging expertise in clinical care and community engagement.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Service Coordination: Work closely with clients, family members, and other service providers to identify and address individualized needs, ensuring timely access to essential resources and interventions.
  • Trauma-Informed Care: Provide culturally sensitive and developmentally appropriate treatment to youth and their families, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to address complex trauma and grief-related challenges.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records, adhering to federal, state, and agency regulations, while providing timely reports and updates as required.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Engage in regular communication and collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to promote cross-functional understanding, coordination, and mutual support.

Salary and Benefits
