Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a remote SLP, you will work with students in a school district in Alaska, providing speech and language therapy services to support their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assessments: Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of strength and areas needing improvement.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs, goals, and abilities.
  • Provide Therapy Sessions: Deliver speech and language therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups, focusing on improving communication skills.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate services, share progress, and support students' overall development.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of virtual/remote or related experience.
  • Licensure: SLP-CCC - active state licensure in the state you are providing services in and state you reside in.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay: Highly competitive compensation ($35-50/hour based on experience).
  • Benefits: 1099 position, liability insurance required, weekly pay.
Interview Process
  • Screening Call: 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
  • Offer: Typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
