About the Role:

The selected candidate will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders. These duties may include:

  • Access Control: Ensuring the secure entry and exit of guests, tenants, and vendors.
  • Enforcement of Policies: Adhering to client and company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Observation and Reporting: Identifying and reporting fire and safety hazards to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
  • Routine Patrols: Conducting regular foot patrols in and around buildings to deter potential threats and maintain a visible presence.
  • Incident Reporting: Promptly reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, client, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Public Interaction: Engaging with a variety of individuals, including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
  • Other Duties: Performing other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of security services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
  • Be able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
  • Have at least one year of verifiable work experience, or equivalent experience in military, concierge, or a related field.
