About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Donut Maker to join our team at Aware Coffee & Tea Lounge. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for preparing all products, including donuts, icings and toppings needed for all shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce donuts that meet AWARE's standards by operating donut-making equipment.
  2. Prepare all ingredients necessary for donut production—dough, glaze, icings, and toppings using the correct formula.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a passion for delivering exceptional quality. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to maintaining a positive and professional attitude. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
