Position Overview:
As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for assisting members with tire selection and purchases, executing proper tire installations and repairs, completing necessary documentation, and adhering to tire bay policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform tire installations, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Ensure proper disposal of tires and maintain a clean tire bay. Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and manage inventory accurately.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency are required. Prior experience in tire installation is preferred. Candidates must complete Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves exposure to varying temperatures and requires frequent standing, bending, and lifting of objects up to 30 pounds. Team members may work in proximity to moving vehicles and machinery.

Compensation:
At BJ's Wholesale Club, we consider various non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. The starting pay for this position is $15.50.
