We are looking for a highly skilled Farm and Livestock Supervisor to join our team at the Jackie Brannon Correctional Center. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the equine management program for inmates, maintaining herd health according to established standards, performing routine veterinary work, and supervising milking of cows, cleaning of equipment, and cleanliness of general dairy area.

You will also be responsible for planning and regulating breeding programs, keeping production records, breeding records, and time cards, and planning and maintaining preventive maintenance program for vehicles, equipment, and structures.

The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in agriculture and/or food production or processing operations, or a bachelor's degree in agriculture, food, or meat science, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in an agricultural operation and/or a food production/processing operation.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $48,067.78 per year.
