About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional with expertise in respiratory therapy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical assistance with equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing patient assessments in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Providing patient education on respiratory homecare techniques and relevant concepts
  • Maintaining current knowledge of respiratory therapy principles and practices
  • Following applicable policies and procedures regarding safety, OSHA, DOT, and Emergency Planning
  • Representing the company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities, and written reports

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Level 3 certification or higher in home health care
  • Three years of experience in home health care, with potential involvement in training other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent human relations skills to interface with doctors, referral sources, and patients
  • Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Clinical authorization to provide patient care services within your scope of practice
