Job Overview

Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain room assignments from supervisors and clean rooms according to established procedures.
  • Know correct procedures for entering guest rooms and check rooms for damaged furniture and equipment.
  • Restock your cart at the end of each shift and return cart to storage area.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas.
  • Report all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance Engineer daily.
  • Be alert to all possible hazards and practice safety at all times.
  • Adhere to Lost and Found procedures and provide the highest quality of service to guests.
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employees.
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to proper key control procedures.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Housekeeping experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel, including weekends. The physical demands of this job include standing for long periods of time, ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
