The Nursing Graduate works under direct supervision of the Registered Nurse in the clinical setting and participates appropriately in the patient care delivery process. This includes orienting to the RN assignment, excluding independent nursing care, and participating in medication administration under the direction and supervision of the licensed RN.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • New Grad RN
  • Successful completion of a recognized and accredited Nursing/RN education program (education will be verified)
  • Current RN License in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Physical Requirements:
