Job Overview

Kennedy-Donovan Center is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families to reach their full potential. We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of specialists.

About the Role

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with children aged 0-3, providing family-centered services that support and enable families to meet their child's individual needs. You will collaborate with families in a hybrid of telehealth and in-person sessions, utilizing your expertise to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

Responsibilities
  • Partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs
  • Develop and implement effective IFSPs to address these needs
  • Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of services
  • Oversee case management and referral services for assigned caseloads
  • Conduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support
  • Facilitate parent/child and/or child groups to promote social and emotional development
  • Complete comprehensive reports of assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summaries
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Massachusetts CCC-SLP License
  • Meet DPH requirements
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pediatric experience and a passion for working with young children
