Job Summary

Frontera Search Partners is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Psychologist to work as an Independent Contractor, performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review behavioral health records through a secure Web Portal and perform comprehensive assessments on each veteran.
  • Complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQ's) through the Web Portal, documenting exam findings needed by the VA.
  • Document exam findings and submit completed DBQ's within 24 hours after an exam.
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted license within the state exams are performed.
  • PhD or PsyD degree from an APA-accredited school.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete DBQ's and form medical opinions.
  • Typing skills are essential.
  • Skilled at time management, able to stay on task and meet requirements.
