Activities (Vibrant Life) Director

SUMMARY of Responsibilities

The Vibrant Life Director is tasked with organizing, planning, facilitating, and overseeing the overall functions of the Vibrant Life Department, adhering to current standards, guidelines, regulations, and company policies. This role is essential in ensuring that a continuous program of Vibrant Life activities is tailored to meet the interests and promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each resident. Additionally, the Vibrant Life Director is responsible for creating wellness initiatives.

Qualifications for Consideration:

Work Experience Requirements

• For communities licensed for fifty (50) or more residents: A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in conducting group activities, along with knowledge in assessing residents' needs, supervising staff, and training volunteers. Exceptions to these requirements may be granted by the licensing agency.

Educational Requirements

• Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Preferred - A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
