Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Minimum 2 years of commercial flat roofing experience
- Able and willing to travel and stay out of state/town for up to 4 weeks consecutively at a time
- MUST reside in the Baltimore, MD area
- Follow all safety training and requirements
- Must have a current and valid driver's license (for company driving positions)
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High School diploma, equivalent or complete GED within 6 months of employment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to climb ladders over 40 ft.
- Ability to lift 50 through 100 pounds throughout the day
- Ability to work in extreme heat or cold, dusty, and wet conditions
- Ability to kneel, stand still and bend for extended periods of time
