Job Title: Senior Anti-Tamper Systems Engineer

Job Summary:
Radiance Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Anti-Tamper Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Systems and Cyber Technology Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to major acquisition programs in all phases of the acquisition process, ensuring the security and integrity of DoD systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Anti-Tamper systems engineering technical support to major acquisition programs
• Interface with Program Offices and prime contractors to ensure AT requirements are adequately addressed and tested
• Develop and review Anti-Tamper plans, verification and validation plans, and threat countermeasure trees
• Collaborate with government, contractor, and industry personnel to integrate State-of-The-Art (SOTA) AT technologies into system architectures
• Work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment, requiring innovation, quick learning, excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and adaptive thinking

Requirements:
• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
• Minimum of 5 years Cyber, Information Systems, Software Development and Testing experience with a minimum of 1 year supporting Anti-Tamper programs
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance

• Anti-Tamper Architecture Design
• Anti-Tamper Plan Development / Review
• Anti-Tamper Verification and Validation Plan Development / Review
• Threat Countermeasure Tree Analysis
• Anti-Tamper Evaluation Team Experience
• Cybersecurity Certification
• Thorough understanding of the DoD Acquisition process

Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple facilities and collaborative teams. Some travel may be associated with this position.
